By accessing or using the services offered by QuickFindy.com (“the Service”), you (“the Client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2.Services Provided

QuickFindy.com offers a consultancy service where we provide:

  • Screening and shortlisting of healthcare professionals based on your specific requirements.
  • You will receive two shortlisted healthcare professional profiles for your consideration.

QuickFindy.com does not handle:

  • Salary negotiations.
  • Accommodation arrangements.
  • The joining process (including contract signing, onboarding, or relocation).

The final hiring or engagement decision and the associated terms, including salary and accommodation, are solely the responsibility of the Client and the healthcare professional.

3.Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, clear, and complete details of your healthcare needs, including role requirements, preferences, and any specific qualifications or certifications desired.
  • Understand that QuickFindy.com will only provide two shortlisted profiles per request.
  • Independently negotiate salary, accommodation, and any other terms with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and standards related to employment and healthcare provision in your jurisdiction.
  • Use the profiles and information provided exclusively for the purpose of hiring a healthcare professional, and not for any other use without prior written consent.

4.Exclusions of Liability

QuickFindy.com is not responsible for:

  • Salary negotiations or the final terms of compensation.
  • Arranging accommodation, relocation, or other logistical support for the healthcare professional.
  • The hiring process or employment contract, including but not limited to, the onboarding process, tax, visa, or employment-related obligations.
  • The performance, conduct, or actions of any healthcare professional after the shortlist is provided.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and suitability of the shortlisted candidates, QuickFindy.com cannot be held liable for any outcomes, including disputes or disagreements regarding employment terms, salary, or accommodation arrangements.

5.Use of Information

  • QuickFindy.com collects and processes personal information to provide the requested services. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • The information provided about healthcare professionals is based on the data available at the time of screening. QuickFindy.com does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided about the shortlisted candidates.

6.Payment and Fees

  • The fees for the Service will be outlined at the time of your request. You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified by QuickFindy.com.
  • Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in suspension or termination of the Service.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.Limitation of Liability

  • QuickFindy.com makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the quality, suitability, or availability of any healthcare professional.
  • In no event shall QuickFindy.com be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the hiring of any healthcare professional.
  • QuickFindy.com’s liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid for the Service.

8.Confidentiality

  • QuickFindy.com agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide to us, subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients agree to keep the details of the shortlisted professionals confidential and not to share them without the professional’s consent

9.Term and Termination

  • These Terms are effective from the moment you access or use the Service and will continue in effect until terminated by either party.
  • You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by notifying us in writing.
  • QuickFindy.com may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or if we believe that your continued use of the Service could cause harm to QuickFindy.com, its users, or third parties.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuickFindy.com, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your engagement with any healthcare professional introduced through the Service.

11.Changes to Terms

QuickFindy.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

12.Governing Law

Any debates emerging out of this understanding will be first chosen by mandatory restricting discretion to be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator, named by the First Party, who will lead the procedures for a fixed expense. Seat and setting of Arbitration will be in 3-4-104/H Laxmi Nagar, Ramanthapur Hyderabad Telangana 500013 and language for assertion will be
English.

This understanding will be administered and translated as per the laws of India. The Parties therefore irreversibly assign Medchal-Malkajigiri District Courts in Telangana and High court for the state of Telangana as the elite scene for any legitimate activity, question or continuing in any capacity identifying with this understanding.” In witness where of parties in this have signed this agreement on the date referenced thus above.

13.Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickFindy.com regarding the use of the Service.
