Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), professional details (specialty, qualifications, council registration, experience, CV) for doctors, and organisation details for hospitals. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited to improve the service.
How we use it
To run your account, show your profile and applications to the hospitals you apply to, verify council registrations, send the job alerts and interview emails you ask for, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.
Who can see your data
Hospitals see a doctor's profile and CV only when the doctor applies to one of their roles. Private recruiter notes are visible only to that hospital. Public pages show hospital profiles, job listings and published reviews.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent for job alerts at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.
Security and retention
Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, and data is kept only as long as your account is active or the law requires.
